Jarle Bjørntvedt

Jarle Bjørntvedt is a seasoned professional in the marine industry, currently serving as General Manager and Head of Office at RINA Norway since February 2009, with prior roles as General Manager, Principal Marine Surveyor, and Marine Surveyor focusing on Factory Acceptance Tests and onboard ship surveys. Before joining RINA, Jarle worked as a Planner at Grenland Group and as a Purchaser/Mechanical Engineer at Borgestad ASA. Jarle began the career in the technical field as an Instrument Technical Apprentice at Bergsli Metallmaskiner AS. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South-Eastern Norway and a qualification as an Instrument Technician from Skogmo vgs.
