Kuldeep Singh Punia

Kuldeep Singh Punia currently serves as the Project and Proposal Manager for Infrastructure and Mobility at RINA, focusing on the GCC region since November 2024. As a member of APMP and with prior experience as a Proposal Manager for Transport and Infrastructure at WSP in the Middle East, Kuldeep has demonstrated expertise in proposal management within the region. With a background as a Senior Business Development Manager at SYSTRA specializing in railway projects and a managerial role in business development and tendering for Egis, Kuldeep has accumulated substantial experience in infrastructure-related sectors. Kuldeep is also pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at CCS University, expected to be completed in July 2026, and holds an MBA in Infrastructure Management from the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies.
