Riccardo Calderini

Riccardo Calderini's work experience includes being the CEO and founding partner of GRUPPO RES since 1999, where they provide direct consulting services to clients and develops organizational models for compliance management and technical consulting. Riccardo is also involved in risk assessment and analysis, auditing, and serves as a member of the Organismi di Vigilanza 231/2001. Riccardo has worked with organizations such as Whirlpool Europe spa, Università L. Bocconi, DHL, Pirelli Tyre spa, GEWISS, Saiwa, Arpa Lombardia, Procura della Repubblica, Tribunale di Monza, Rina spa, Diasorin, Bottega Veneta, Monster, and Coima. Calderini is also experienced in training and special projects.

Riccardo also worked at RINA as a lead auditor for system management, where they conducted risk assessments and audits for DLGS 231/2001, as well as audits for SA 8000, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001 certification programs.

Calderini was a founding partner and board member of TeknoRes srl from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they served as a member of the Organismo di Vigilanza 231 for Whirlpool Corporation from 2011 to 2017.

Riccardo Calderini holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with a specialization in Laurea in Giurisprudenza. Riccardo also completed a Master's Degree in Gestione delle risorse umane: selezione, sviluppo, valutazione ed organizzazione from the same university. In 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Esperti in Responsabilità da reato degli enti collettivi ex d.lgs. n. 231/2001 from the Università degli Studi Giustino Fortunato. Additionally, they pursued a Master's Degree in Sicurezza sul lavoro from AIAS ISFOP and attended a two-year specialized course in Diritto del lavoro e della previdenza sociale at SICLAM. To further enhance their skills, Riccardo has completed various training courses in areas such as d.lgs 231/2001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9000, SA 8000, and ISO 31000. Riccardo has also received certifications as a Safety lead auditor from CEPAS.
