Elaine joined Rinchem from 2021 March as the director of operations. She has been working for a few global logistics companies with more than 24 years’ hands on experience in 3rd party Logistics including Freight Forwarding, Import/Export Supply Chain Management, Warehousing & Distribution Management, Customer Relation Management and Total Logistics Solution Development. From the level of day-to-day operations to the P&L management. She is responsible for warehouse operations and her primary focus is to establish and develop international warehouse operation teams for Rinchem in Taiwan, Korea, Israel and Ireland.
