Amanda R. Harvey

Amanda R. Harvey, Ph.D., RPA, is an experienced Project Manager and Senior Archaeologist at Rincon Consultants, Inc., overseeing cultural resources for the California High-Speed Rail project and serving as a Zone Lead for Southern California Edison's Environmental Clearance program. Previously, at Garcia & Associates, management responsibilities included client interaction, budget oversight, and compliance with federal regulations. Amanda has held various roles in archaeology and education, including Staff Archaeologist and Adjunct Instructor, and has been involved in numerous field projects and report preparations. Amanda holds a Ph.D. in bioarchaeology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and has two additional degrees in archaeology and anthropology from The University of Southern Mississippi and Auburn University.
