Amber McEldowney

Amber McEldowney is an experienced environmental planner and program coordinator currently employed at Rincon Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities include preparing technical reports and guiding clients through the CEQA/NEPA process. In addition to this role, Amber coordinates the Protecting Blue Whales and Blue Skies program at the California Marine Sanctuary Foundation, managing outreach and communication initiatives. Former positions include digital marketing management at Vitamin Angels, coordinating marine debris cleanup efforts for NOAA, and various marketing roles at BigSpeak Speakers Bureau and Forester Media Inc. Amber holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science & Management from the Bren School at UC Santa Barbara and has a dual Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
