Matthew Prechtel

Matthew Prechtel has extensive experience in leadership and business development within the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as a member of the board of directors for Rincon Research Corporation since August 2021, Matthew is tasked with overseeing corporate governance for the organization. Previous roles include Business Area Lead at AMERGINT Technologies and various positions at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions and RT Logic, where Matthew advanced through director and managerial roles. Matthew's career began in software engineering at esteemed companies such as Lockheed Martin and ITT Exelis. Academically, Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
