Nathaniel Taube

Nathaniel Taube, JD/MBA, serves as the Director of Legal & Compliance at Rincon Research Corporation, overseeing corporate risk management and advising executive leadership on governance and compliance, with specific responsibilities in export compliance and internal audits for DoD and IC contracts. Previously, Nathaniel gained extensive experience in security compliance and investigations through roles with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives as a Special Investigator and various positions in investigative roles across multiple organizations, including USIS and OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation. Nathaniel holds a JD from George Mason University, a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Arizona, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance, and a BA in Psychology.
