Shannon Zollinger

Shannon Zollinger currently serves as the Director of Legal, Compliance and Litigation at Lucid Software, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Shannon Zollinger was with Clyde Snow & Sessions from September 2009 to December 2023, serving as a Management Committee Member, Shareholder, Director, and Associate Attorney. Shannon Zollinger has also contributed to the Iraq Global Justice Project as a Research Assistant, completed a Judicial Externship with Judge Michael McConnell at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and worked as a Law Clerk for both Clyde Snow & Sessions and Union Pacific Railroad. Educationally, Shannon Zollinger earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Arizona State University.
