Ricardo Sifri

Ricardo Sifri is an experienced professional in revenue operations and sales leadership, currently serving as Head of Revenue Operations at Rindegastos since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ricardo co-founded Dodo, where as Chief Revenue Officer, the focus was on enhancing employee well-being through analytics and mental health solutions in LATAM. At Scalapay, from April 2021 to June 2023, Ricardo held the position of Country Manager for Spain, leading a team to drive significant growth and establish the company's position in the BNPL market. Additional experience includes key roles at Under Armour and Samsung Electronics, where Ricardo achieved notable sales growth and strong account management results. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Digital Business from Esade and a Master’s degree in International Marketing & Sales from NEOMA Business School.
