Andrew Alderfer

Andrew Alderfer has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as Lead Project Engineer at Rinehart Racing since September 2017, after a previous role as Design Engineer. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Water Tek, Inc. from April 2009 to September 2017 as a Concrete Specialist, collaborating on concrete pouring and waterproofing projects. Andrew also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Continental during the summer of 2014, where the focus was on utilizing Solidworks to update inventory for modified parts on broach machines. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained between 2012 and 2016, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Erwin High School in 2012.
