Andreea Ciuraru

Andreea Ciuraru has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Andreea began their career as an intern at Rödl & Partner Romania in March 2015, where they gained valuable experience in the field. In January 2015, Andreea also served as an FSP ambassador at the National School of Political Science and Public Administration.

Moving forward, Andreea joined rinf.tech in May 2015 as a Technical Recruiter. During their time in this role, they demonstrated a cheerful and coffee-loving attitude while exploring and reinventing the world of technology. Andreea successfully fulfilled their responsibilities until July 2018.

From July 2018 until January 2021, Andreea took on the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at rinf.tech. This position required their expertise in coordinating the recruitment process within the company.

In January 2021, Andreea was promoted to the role of Interim Recruitment Manager at rinf.tech. Andreea excelled in this position until September 2021, when they further advanced their career within the company as a Recruitment Manager.

Andreea Ciuraru holds a Master's degree in Managerial Communication and Human Resources, which they obtained from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) between 2016 and 2018. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same institution from 2013 to 2016. In 2012, they obtained the First Certificate in English (FCE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment and the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) from ECDL ROMANIA.
