Ecaterina Vacarov

Ecaterina Vacarov has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ecaterina worked at rinf.tech as the Regional Director of Delivery and Operations for the US and Mexico, where they were responsible for service delivery and managing the Automotive LOB. Prior to this, they held the position of Automotive Business Line Manager and RINF Bulgaria Branch Manager, where they focused on promoting IT development services and opening new business opportunities in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Before joining rinf.tech, Ecaterina worked at ShoreO Software Group as a Sourcing Manager and at RINF as a Team Leader and IT Recruiter. Ecaterina also volunteered at CDC and was a member of AIESEC.

Throughout their career, Ecaterina has demonstrated their expertise in project and service delivery, international market analysis, client liaison, contract negotiation, and IT recruitment. Ecaterina has a strong background in the automotive and software development industries and has consistently sought to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.

Ecaterina Vacarov completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at West University of Timisoara from 2006 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational/Corporate Psychology at the University of Bucharest from 2009 to 2011. Later, they enrolled in ASEBUSS Business School for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Business Administration and Management, General (EMBA) from 2018 to 2020.
