Ioana Balasa

Ioana Balasa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ioana started their career as a Director of the HR Department at TACT Association in 2006, where they managed the development strategies of their projects and coordinated events. Ioana then worked as an External Collaborator at CRSC Romania from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they joined rinf.tech as an HR Specialist and later took on roles such as Service Delivery Consultant, Service Delivery Manager, and Managing Director of the German Branch. Most recently, they served as the Commercial Director before becoming the Chief Operating Officer in July 2022.

Ioana Balasa has a diverse educational background. Ioana pursued their Bachelor's degree at the University of Bucharest from 2006 to 2009, where they studied both Philosophy and Political Sciences. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master's degree in Political Sciences from the same university, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011. In 2015, Ioana enrolled at Tiffin University and completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in 2017, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
