Madalina Radu

Madalina Radu has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and HR. Madalina began their career as an HR Admin Trainee at Leoni Wiring Systems in March 2017, where they worked until October 2017. Madalina then joined Groupe Renault as an HR Recruitment Trainee from November 2017 to May 2018. In June 2018, Madalina joined Accenture as a Recruitment Sourcing Analyst and worked until January 2019. Following that, they joined rinf.tech in January 2019 as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, and later, in July 2021, transitioned to the role of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Madalina Radu holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bucharest, which was completed between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philology from the University of Pitesti, Faculty of Letters, between 2014 and 2017. In their earlier education, Madalina attended 'Zinca Golescu' High School from 2010 to 2014, where they focused on the field of Philology. Apart from their formal education, Madalina Radu has also obtained a Talent Sourcing Specialist Certification from SocialTalent in January 2023.
