Patricia Gonzalez

Patricia Gonzalez has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, holding various roles at notable companies. At Visa, from March 2022 to July 2025, Patricia served as an Associate and then a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, managing event planning and project management for the Miami-LAC TA Department while collaborating with a team of recruiters on candidate interviews. Prior to Visa, Patricia worked at TD SYNNEX as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting administrative HR tasks for the Caribbean and Central America regions. Patricia also contributed to Tech Data's HR functions for Miami and held multiple roles at Florida National University, including Job Placement Officer and General Administrative Assistant. Patricia began a career in human resources with an internship at the City of Sweetwater, where administrative skills were developed.
