Viktoria Sharenko

Viktoria Sharenko has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Viktoria started working at Rademade as a Human Resources Office Manager in May 2017 and later became an IT-Researcher. In 2018, they joined Web Peppers as an IT Technical Recruiter and later worked as a Freelance IT-Recruiter. From 2018 to the present, they have been working at rinf.tech, initially as an IT Recruitment Specialist and currently as a Recruitment Lead. In their current role, they lead a global tech talent acquisition team, manages communication with clients and hiring managers, provides team reports and strategies, participates in career events and employer branding initiatives, and ensures legal and compliant hiring processes. Viktoria has extensive experience in applicant tracking systems, workload management, market research, and training hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.

Viktoria Sharenko completed their bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Ukraine Jobs, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their skills in recruitment and sourcing. Viktoria obtained their certification in "Recruitment" from People First Club in December 2022. Viktoria also completed the "Sourcing School" program offered by EvoTalents.School in March 2021. Furthermore, Viktoria recently acquired additional certifications, including "Learning LinkedIn Recruiter" and "Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business with Rachel Woods," both obtained from LinkedIn in June 2023.
