Debbie Capocaccia

Debbie Capocaccia has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Debbie is currently working at Ring Container Technologies as the VP of Information Technology since January 2021. Previously, they held the position of Senior Sales Support Manager at the same company from April 2015 to January 2021.

Prior to their role at Ring Container Technologies, Debbie worked as a Consultant at Market Street Solutions from April 2014 to May 2015. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant in the Memphis, TN area from October 2013 to March 2014. Here, they focused on project management and process automation for a local manufacturing company, as well as IBM Cognos BI project management for a local manufacturing and distribution company.

Debbie also has an extensive tenure at IPS Corporation, where they held various roles. Debbie served as the Director of IT Managed Services and Functional Excellence from January 2013 to October 2013. In this position, they were responsible for driving information technology strategies and managing staff. Prior to that, they were the Director of Functional Excellence & Customer Satisfaction from June 2010 to December 2012, where they provided functional expertise and oversaw the integration of SIOP processes with JDE ERP system. Debbie also held the position of Director of Customer Satisfaction and Sales Support from January 2006 to May 2010, and Manager - Customer Satisfaction and Sales Support from November 1998 to December 2005.

Debbie's early work experience includes a role as a Sales Analyst at Mueller Industries from October 1996 to October 1998. Overall, Debbie Capocaccia has a diverse background in sales support, customer satisfaction, information technology, and project management.

Debbie Capocaccia has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Memphis. Debbie also holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
