Joel de Souza is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in enterprise solutions, project management, and system analysis. Currently serving as IT Enterprise Solutions Manager at Ring Container Technologies, Joel has held multiple roles including Information Technology Development Manager and IT ERP Technical/Functional Analyst. Previously, at Buckman for over three decades, Joel excelled as Senior ERP Systems Analyst and IT Manager, leading significant projects such as the implementation of SAP ECC in South America, developing reporting solutions, and managing IT infrastructure. Joel holds an MBA in Business Information Technology from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with a Bachelor's degree in Data Processing and a specialization in System Analysis from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba.
