Paul Kelley has had extensive work experience in the packaging industry. Paul started their career at Graham Packaging in 1996 as a Senior Design Engineer, where they developed computer aided designs for commercial packaging applications and implemented a successful tooling maintenance program. Paul later became the Sr. Engineering Manager, leading a team in the design, prototyping, and launch of new products and machinery incorporating patented technology. In 2016, they joined Ring Container Technologies as the Executive Director of Product Development and Technology, overseeing the development of new technology and collaborating with vendors. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President Product Development and Technology.
Paul Kelley attended Penn State University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology/Technician. During the same time period, they also earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from Penn State University. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained a Certificate in Innovation Management from the University of Maryland, although the specific month and year of their completion are not provided.
