Shan Patton

Shan Patton has accumulated extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Lease Operator at Ring Energy, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Shan held similar positions as Lease Operator at Stronghold Energy II from February 2021 to November 2022 and at Parsley Energy Alumni from July 2018 to February 2021. Shan began the career at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, working as a Control Room Operator from September 2010 to July 2018.
