B. Lynne Parshall

B. Lynne Parshall is the current Director at Ring Therapeutics. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at Akcea Therapeutics, Inc. from June 2019 to June 2021, where they were responsible for the formation of Akcea and hiring and overseeing management team pre-IPO. Parshall has also held various senior level executive roles at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., including COO, CFO, and General Counsel. B. is a member of the Research & Development Management Committees. Prior to their work at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Parshall was a Partner at Cooley LLP from January 1980 to December 1991.

Parshall graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. B. then attended Stanford University and earned their Doctor of Law degree.
