Matthew Lesher

Matthew Lesher is an experienced engineer specializing in downstream process development within the biopharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Ring Therapeutics since August 2021, Matthew previously held various roles at bluebird bio, including Senior Associate Scientist and Associate Scientist. Matthew's experience also includes process engineering and development internships at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals, Selecta Biosciences, and PSEG, where skills in automated systems design, nanoparticle production, and engineering analysis were honed. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering with a concentration in Cell and Bioprocess Engineering from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
