Julia Jiménez Hens

Dr. Julia Jim currently serves as an OJP Peer Reviewer for Grant Applications at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, and as faculty at the Institute for Court Management. With extensive experience, Dr. Jim has held the position of Senior Financial Planning Analyst at the Superior Court of California, County of Orange since 2007 and was the Director of Research and Planning at the Westminster Police Department from 2000 to 2007. Dr. Jim holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
