Stephanie Brandao has a diverse work experience. Stephanie started their career at Double Trading, Inc as a Sales and Marketing Assistant, where they created sales email templates, rebuilt the company's website, and collaborated with the sales team. Stephanie then worked at AT&T as a Sales Representative, where they maintained knowledge of company products, assisted customers with their monthly bills, and resolved complaints. Currently, Stephanie is working at RingByName, initially as a Business Development and Onboarding Activation professional, where they focused on increasing sales results and providing exceptional customer service. Stephanie later transitioned to the role of Onboarding and Retention Manager, leading a team to provide personalized services, resolving complaints and troubleshooting, and identifying training needs.
