Christina MacDonnell currently serves as Corporate Counsel at RingCentral, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this, Christina was with Oracle for nearly nine years, where roles included Tier 1 Business Approver and Deal Strategist for Oracle Advertising, Senior Manager and Front Line Manager in Local Deal Management, and Deal Manager. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed supporting global sales teams, negotiating complex cloud service contracts, leading training initiatives, and managing high-value commercial license agreements. Earlier in her career, Christina practiced as an attorney specializing in insurance defense at Williams & Associates and gained legal experience as a law clerk and intern. Christina earned a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, cum laude, from Providence College.
