Ilya Shtefan

Ilya Shtefan has extensive work experience in quality assurance. Ilya started their career as a Junior Test Engineer at ALEE SOFTWARE in 2013, where they performed tasks such as requirements analysis, test case development, and regression testing. Ilya then worked as a QA Engineer at RAIDIX from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on system and load testing, regression testing, and bug reporting. In 2016, they joined Luxoft as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, where they worked on a web-based report access and management tool, performing system integration and regression testing, writing test plans and cases, and participating in meetings with project analysts and managers. Ilya then worked at VIAcode from 2018 to 2019 as a Senior QA, where they collaborated with Microsoft on a project to create a CI process for migrating documentation. In 2019, they joined Dino Systems as a Senior QA Engineer, responsible for manual functional and integration testing, coordination of the QA team, and implementation of testing practices and tools. Currently, they are working at RingCentral as the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, where they are involved in various technical tasks such as testing software products, planning testing deadlines, and optimizing work processes. Ilya also manages a testing department of 6 people at the company.

Ilya Shtefan completed their Master's degree in radio engineering from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
