Lauren Bosnjak

Lauren Bosnjak has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being a Principal at RingCentral, starting in 2023. In this position, they focus on enhancing the customer experience through the development of programs, playbooks, tools, and insights. Prior to this, they worked at Google as part of the GTM Strategy & Operations team, where they collaborated with customers and various functions to improve the end-to-end journey with Google Cloud Platform. Lauren also held positions at Looker, IBM, and BMO Financial Group, where they specialized in customer success, strategic business development, and brand advertising.

Lauren Bosnjak's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Neuroscience and a minor in Business, also from Dalhousie University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Looker Business Analyst Certification from Looker, Text Analytics Certification from SAP, President's Club and Foundations certifications from Sandler Training, and Early Professional Seller - New Seller Journey certification from IBM. Lauren has also completed Global Sales School and Healthcare Industry Foundations programs at IBM, and holds a Medical Device Reprocessing Certification from the Medical Device Reprocessing Association of Ontario (MDRAO). Lauren has been recognized with a SAP Recognition Award from Dalhousie University.
