Rachid Ait Oumeri

Rachid Ait Oumeri is a Technical Account Manager at RingCentral, specializing as a UC Voice Engineer for the EMEA region since September 2020. Rachid leads UC Voice deployment projects within the Professional Services Organization, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and collaborating with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams. Prior to RingCentral, Rachid worked at Poly from September 2012 to September 2020 as an Enterprise Engineer, where various Polycom UC solutions were architected and implemented for large enterprise clients in complex IT environments. Additional experience includes consulting roles focusing on UC Voice solutions with NXO France and voice/data network consultancy with Completel and CIELUX TELECOM. Rachid holds a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, and IT Engineering from ECAM-EPMI and has completed preparatory studies at Ecole Nationale de Chimie, Physique et Biologie PARIS.
