Sibel Poore

Sibel Poore is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations and HR business partnering. Currently serving as AVP of Global People Operations and Employee Relations at RingCentral since September 2021, Sibel leads a global team focused on enhancing employee experience and scaling HR initiatives across a workforce of over 4,000 employees. Prior to this role, Sibel held key positions at Intuit, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Customer Success organization and leading a global employee relations team. With a strong foundation in HR strategy and organizational development from previous roles at Rain Bird and EFL Associates, Sibel's educational credentials include an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a B.A. in Art History from the University of Arizona.
