Sravanti Madhurapantula

Sravanti Madhurapantula began their work experience in 2006 at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Network Support Engineer. They then joined Gogette Communications L.L.C in 2010 as a Product Development Associate, where they designed and installed a working WAVE environment. In 2011, they worked as a QA Technician at Tekno Telecom and also started working at TDS Telecommunications Corp. as a Network Specialist II, where they worked on the design and implementation of BroadWorks software. From 2014 to 2017, Sravanti worked at Genesys as a Sr. Telecommunications Engineer, primarily focusing on new customer deployments and maintenance of existing production networks. Since 2017, they have been working at RingCentral in various roles, including Sr VoIP Engineer and Staff System Engineer. Currently, they are serving as the DevOps Team Lead at RingCentral.

Sravanti Madhurapantula earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Networking from the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2010. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco in November 2010, and they also completed the Implementing Cisco IOS Network Security (IINS) certification from Cisco in August 2013.
