Erik Josephson

Erik Josephson has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the public sector, currently serving as Prosjektleder for Samfunn og Utbygging at Ringerike kommune since September 2017, focusing on road and water projects. Prior to this role, Erik was Fagansvarlig for väg og trafikk at Nedre Eiker kommune from January 2015 to November 2017, overseeing operational tasks in the road sector. Erik also led the training office for public sector skills at Lunner kommune, managing administrative responsibilities for apprentices. With a strong background in technical and process roles at Norske Skog Follum, Erik holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Sustainable Manufacturing from NTNU and an Associate’s in Road and Street Maintenance from Narvik University College. Erik's educational journey began at Ringerike Gymnas and includes various technical specializations.
