Dheepan Ramalingam

Dheepan Ramalingam has a diverse work experience in the engineering and management field. Dheepan started their career as an Engineer - Trainee at Poona forge Pvt Ltd in 2001, and after a year, they joined Timken Engineering & Research India Private Limited as a Sr. Product Engineer. In 2008, Dheepan moved to RINGFEDER POWER TRANSMISSION as a Manager - Engineering, then progressed to the role of General Manager from 2011 to 2015. Finally, in 2016, they became the Managing Director at RINGFEDER POWER TRANSMISSION.

Dheepan Ramalingam completed their education in a chronological manner. Dheepan started their academic journey in 1997 and graduated in 2001 from the University of Madras with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2002, they pursued further studies at the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Dheepan enrolled at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2014 and completed an executive program in Industrial Management by 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Dheepan obtained a certification in Online Proficiency Self Assessment Test from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in November 2020.
