Ioana Vlase

Ioana Vlase has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as an IT Business Analyst at Ringhel, where they are responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, performing manual testing, analyzing data using SQL, and collaborating with various teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Prior to their current role, they worked as a Business Administrator at Marsil Mar SRL. During their time there, they combined their entrepreneurial spirit with their business analysis skills, resulting in process improvement and business growth. Ioana also co-founded an irrigation association with other farms in the region, increasing exploitation and improving productivity.

Before that, Ioana worked as a NetSuite Functional Consultant at NetSuite, delivering end-to-end NetSuite implementations and focusing on the Manufacturing & Wholesale Distribution Verticals. Their tasks included conducting research, understanding customer requirements, installing and configuring the ERP system, and making customizations based on client specifications.

Ioana also gained experience as an IT Project Manager at Toyota Motor Europe, where they provided support for a European Warranty system and participated in a Scrum Transformation team. Additionally, they were part of a Graduate Learning Program at Toyota, initially working as a Business Analyst to understand business processes and later acting as a bridge between the business and technical implementation teams.

Earlier in their career, Ioana worked as a Project Manager at Eupanels, where they coordinated online marketing research projects for Eastern European markets, including questionnaire coding, client and supplier management, project sample management, and panel and reward system administration.

Overall, Ioana Vlase has demonstrated a strong background in business analysis, project management, and IT implementation across various industries, including the energy market, agriculture, ERP solutions, automotive, and marketing research.

Ioana Vlase has a diverse education history. Ioana obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Information Management from KU Leuven, studying from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a major in Marketing at Academia de Studii Economice din București. During their time at the undergraduate institution, Ioana received an Erasmus scholarship and spent a semester at Reykjavik University in 2011, where they focused on Business Administration.

Before their university studies, Ioana attended Mihai Viteazul National College from 2005 to 2009, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Mathematics and Informatics.

Additionally, Ioana Vlase has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines" from LinkedIn, "NetSuite Certified Financial User" and "NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation" from NetSuite, "Supply Chain Foundations" from LinkedIn, "Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts" from LinkedIn, "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn, "Agile Foundations" from LinkedIn, "Learning Jira Software" from LinkedIn, and "Web Development Foundations: Web Technologies" from LinkedIn.
