Karolina Sznajder

Karolina Sznajder has extensive work experience in various roles related to communication, public affairs, and corporate affairs. Karolina is currently serving as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Director of Communication and Public Affairs at Ringier Axel Springer Polska since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Corporate Communications at the same company.

In 2023, they joined Forbes Polska as a Member of the Foundation Board of Forbes Foundation. Karolina has also held positions at Axel Springer, serving as the Director of Public Affairs Europe and Director of Public Affairs Poland.

Karolina also holds additional certifications as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and a Design Thinking Moderator from DT Makers | Design Thinking for companies. Additionally, they have completed the Pilates Mat & Reformer Teacher Training from Balanced Body.
