Alison Bowman

Alison Bowman, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Benefits/HRIS Manager at Ringling College of Art and Design since September 2015, overseeing the administration of various group health and welfare plans and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Benefits Coordinator at State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota, Work/Life and Retirement Plans Administrator at Ithaca College, and HRIS/Benefits Specialist at Wild Dunes Resort. Alison has a strong educational background with an MBA in Human Resources from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, a B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and an A.S. in Business Administration from Herkimer County Community College.
