Christina Hess

Christina Hess serves as the Illustration Department Head and a professor at Ringling College of Art and Design since August 2021, also holding the position of Interim Department Head of Illustration. With a professional career beginning in 1998 as an illustrator through Christina Hess Illustration, work spans publishing, product design, and numismatics. Christina Hess is an artist for the U.S. Mint Artistic Infusion Program since June 2019. Previous experience includes teaching positions at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, The University of the Arts, and Moore College of Art and Design. Christina Hess earned a BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts from 1994 to 1998.
