Karianne Hoel

Karianne Hoel is an accomplished professional in product development and brand management, with a strong background in the beverage industry. Currently serving as an interim Brand Manager at Ringnes AS since January 2024, Karianne previously held the position of Senior Liquid Innovation Manager at Carlsberg Group, focusing on core beer products. Prior to this, Karianne worked at Ringnes AS in various roles, including Senior Product Developer and Product Developer, specializing in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Karianne's earlier experience includes positions in customer service and product development in different sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Science and a Bachelor's degree in Matvitenskap from NMBU, along with undergraduate studies in the same field at Lincoln University in New Zealand.
