Sina Wulder

Sina Wulder is an attorney at law specializing in corporate and commercial litigation and M&A at Stonewater B.V. since September 2024. Wulder has extensive experience in the legal field, having served as a corporate law and contract law attorney at EBH Legal from August 2017 to September 2024. Additionally, Wulder holds various leadership and coaching roles at Ring Pass Delft, contributing to the organization since October 2016. Active in the legal community, Wulder is involved with the Pleitvereniging D.J. Veegens, serving on the Kascontrolecommissie and as Chair of the 37th Board. Wulder's educational background includes a Master's degree in Corporate Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, alongside earlier studies in Technical Public Administration and Gymnasium at Delft University of Technology and Rijswijks Lyceum.
