Josh Chung Hamilton

Josh Chung Hamilton has extensive experience in systems engineering and IT operations. Josh Chung has served as the Director of Systems Engineering at RingSquared™, where they were responsible for overseeing system deployments and technical solutions. At Teliax, Inc, they held the role of Director of Systems Engineering, managing SRE/DevOps/System operations and providing system design consulting. Josh Chung also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Inteliquent, where they specialized in project management, DevOps, VMware, and data center migration. Prior to that, at Prairie Power, Inc., they worked as a Network Engineer, focusing on IT system engineering and operations. Josh has also served as a Systems Engineer at ANPI, where they designed administrative scripts for automation and monitoring, developed project plans for system deployment, and managed the purchasing of hardware and software. Early in their career, they gained experience as a Test Equipment Electrical Engineer Intern at Hamilton Sundstrand, designing file servers and deploying file repositories, and as an Odacs Web Developer Contractor, migrating web pages and deploying an Apache server. Prior to their professional career, they owned and operated an IT contracting company, Chungnetwork, specializing in programming contracts.

Josh Chung Hamilton completed their education in the field of Computer Science. Josh Chung began their academic journey at Rock Valley College, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance in the years 2006-2008. Josh Chung then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Springfield from 2008 to 2010. Continuing their education, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 2012 to 2014.
