Jānis Dirveiks

Jānis Dirveiks is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at Energy Robotics since March 2023, where Jānis focuses on enhancing Agile practices and optimizing organizational structure. As a Consultant at RingStone, Jānis contributes to tech due diligence and value creation for private equity investors. Jānis also serves as a Management Trainer at TRIVIUMS apmācība, delivering custom training on Agile methodologies and organizational design. As the Founder of Sentient SIA, Jānis aids companies in achieving better coordination and efficiency. Past roles include Agile practices lead and Scrum Master at Fidel API, Chief Product Owner at SEB banka Latvia, Agile Delivery Manager at Luminor Group, Product Manager at Nordea, and Project Manager at EY. Jānis holds a Master’s degree in Global Politics from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London.
