John Kolb

John Kolb is an attorney and shareholder at Rinke Noonan Law Firm, where John has practiced since June 1998, focusing on Water Law, Environment and Natural Resources, Agriculture, Land Use, and Municipal Law. A native of Minneapolis, John Kolb holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, earned between 1993 and 1996. Additionally, John served as Chief of Staff for the Minnesota Army National Guard from June 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included coordinating staff activities at Joint Force Headquarters Minnesota and providing support to civilian authorities during domestic emergencies.
