WenJing Chen is a Junior Structural Engineer at Rinker Design Associates, P.C., having joined the firm in June 2021. WenJing holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering, from Virginia Tech, graduated in 2021. Early career experience includes teaching Math and English at Kumon.
