Dale Schmitz

Dale Schmitz is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager at Rinnai America Corporation since December 2016, Dale has successfully developed and managed go-to-market strategies for both commercial and residential business segments. Prior to this, Dale held the position of Commercial Business Developer at Architectural Visions Inc. from November 2007 to December 2016, where relationships were cultivated with commercial building owners, contractors, and architects. Earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Marvin Windows and Doors, focusing on integrated marketing plans, and as Market Manager at Steelcase, where Dale's efforts led to significant sales growth. Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
