Melissa Gibson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Prior to joining Rinnai, Melissa worked as a Financial Analyst at the same company.

Melissa has extensive experience in the field of finance, having worked as a CFO and Finance Manager at Automated Logic Corporation and Carrier Corporation, both United Technologies companies. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic business planning, financial analysis, and leading finance functions.
