Renee Eddy

Renee Eddy has extensive work experience in various leadership and executive roles. Renee is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Rinnai America Corporation, where they are responsible for leading the innovation strategy across America. Prior to this, Renee was the Vice President of Innovation at Rinnai America, leading the Innovation and Engineering team and driving double-digit growth. Renee has also worked as the Director of Innovation, Methods, and Operations at Eaton, where they transformed portfolio and program management and introduced additive and augmented reality. At United Technologies, Renee served as the Senior Director of Container Engineering and Syracuse Site Leader, overseeing global teams and setting technology development strategies. Renee also held the role of Director of Engineering for Carrier Corporation and worked at Victaulic, where they served as a Product Manager. Earlier in their career, Renee worked at Lockheed Martin and GE, where they held various management and engineering positions. Renee Eddy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science. Renee also holds an MBA in International Finance from Boston University.
