Shelley Kiley

Shelley Kiley has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Shelley currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Rinnai America Corporation. Previously, Shelley worked at Larson-Juhl as the SVP of Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, where they implemented various initiatives to improve operational performance and optimize the supply chain. Before that, they held multiple roles at Moen Incorporated, including Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Vice President of Manufacturing, and Plant Manager. At Moen, Shelley led strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain effectiveness and drive manufacturing and distribution performance. Shelley also worked at Delphi as a Plant Manager and as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. Overall, Shelley's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations, supply chain management, and leadership in manufacturing environments.

Shelley Kiley attended The Ohio State University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Shelley also holds a certification in Change Management from Prosci.
