Mike White

Mike White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management, currently serving as Production Engineering Manager and Maintenance Group Leader at Rinnai Australia since February 2018. Previously, Mike worked as a contract electrician for labor hire companies, and as Maintenance Manager/Process Improvement Engineer at Australian Comfort Group, where responsibilities included managing teams and developing maintenance schedules. Mike also founded and directed White Electrical Solutions, and held engineering positions at International Rectifier, Matsushita, and Panasonic Industrial UK Ltd, focusing on process engineering, fault finding, and the installation of automated production equipment.
