Jani' J.

J. has worked in various roles since 2013. At ChildServ, J. was a Resident Advisor. In 2014, J. was a Recruitment Specialist at Windy City YouthBuild where they planned and launched a social media campaign and managed the procurement of $40K monthly purchasing program supplies. In 2015, J. was an Adult Occupational Coach/Recruitment Specialist at Serco, where they steered Workforce Development coaching and recruitment efforts, and partnered with management/departmental SMEs to conduct training needs assessment. In 2016, J. was a Contract Manager at Hill Food Service Consulting, managing all employment-related matters and coordinating inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors. From 2018 to present, J. has held multiple roles at Rinse, including City Manager - Chicago, Manager - Delivery Operations, People Operations Lead - Valet Community, and Operations Associate. J. also held an Event Coordinator role at The Honeycomb Project in 2018.

Jani J. obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Management from Ashford University, followed by a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Social Work from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Additionally, Jani J. earned a certification in an Online CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course from the American Heart Association in September 2018.
