Martha Seijas

Martha Seijas has over 15 years of work experience. Martha began their career in 2006 as a Collections Specialist at Gold Key Credit Inc. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Service Representative at 1800flowers/Conroy’s. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Inside Sales Representative at Wastewater Solutions, LLC. During this time, they identified potential customers through networking and following leads, arranged meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products, and persuaded customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at North American Transport Services. Currently, they are working at both Rinse and KNS Mobility. At Rinse, they are a Valet Support/Recruitment and at KNS Mobility, they are a Recruiting Specialist. In this role, they source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline, screens candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performs phone screenings. Martha also takes ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it, develops job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements, performs reference checks as needed, facilitates the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms, manages the overall interview, selection, and closing process, and ensures all screening and selection is done accordingly.
